TV guys taliking about how good the relay was. Are we watching the same game? Harpers throw was on the wrong side of Desmond, he had reach around to catch.... And a good relay doesn't include a 1 hopper to the catcher...

Yep Zimm shouldnt have been pulled. Maybe if he gives up a hit to Posey but no reason after that walk where he got squeezed.

No chance we score and the pen will blow it in the 10th.

That was a great pick up by Ramos of the bounce throw.

Seriously. Pinch hit Zim for Desmond.

No. Get at least one guy on and then put him in.

He isn't a playoff closer.  Doesn't have ice running through his veins.

He proves every stupid cliche about needing some "it factor" in the postseason.  Just crumbles under the pressure.

This is still on Matt. All season long, Storen has been dominant when coming in to a clean inning. He should have been brought in to start the 9th.

If the Giants go on to win this game, Drew Storen will unfortunately become one of the great villains of Nationals history

I don't know. Posey hit the ball hard off him a couple times.
He got lucky and slung one in there. Grooved one to Sandoval

Exactly.  Either you let Storen start the inning or you trust JZim to finish it.  Instead, Williams does the absolute WORST thing in that situation.  Unreal.

What's lost in all that was a great relay by Desmond and Ramos actually catching the freaking ball.

At least if the Nats lose they have a good excuse to blow up this crappy bullpen.
