Remember the old days when they didn't have goggles and the champagne got in their eyes.

Exhale. Yes, I watched and no, I didn't want to jinx anything by commenting.

I did, however, bring out Harmon Killebrew for the bottom of the 9th. That is, I put on the 1959/60 Washington Senators jersey, number 3, autographed by Harmon himself. Thought he should be present. Kept the jersey in my closet, refusing to wear it until a team returned to Washington. Wore it to RFK/DC Stadium on that hot day, Father's day, 2006, when Ryan Zimmerman hit the two-run walk-off against the Yankees. Appropriate, since Killebrew came back from the minors as a 3B in 1959.

Ah, joy!

Blevins: "Guys stepped up."

But you didn't...
LMAO, he did strike out AGon in a big spot in like May.  And his inning against the Dodgers a couple weeks back.

Denard Span shooting on Minnesota.  I bet he's glad to be out of that crappy organization.

It was a good one but he didn't exactly trash Minnesota.
