Imagine if this team had a few all-star level guys.....
We do it is just that MLB fan in general have no idea how good the Nats are and the powers that be that decide the non-fan voted slots ignore the Nats because traditionally they have been terrible.

No SF or PC insures that this will be the shortest game day thread in recent memory...

Gotcha, thanks doods.  I started on the beer as soon as I was outta work but it was over by then.  I guess there is no drama in an ass kicking.  Mark these words:  The Nats have turned the corner (regardless of opponent) and will have a nice lead in the NL East by August 10th.

Is Det's splitter that 86-89 mph thing that's been moving down and in to righties?  Or is that just his 2-seamer?

Worse, there was no game thread when I checked in around game time.  I'm too old for this.    :old:

We need some of the newbs to step up and get it going.  Anybody that posted today but has yet to start a game thread, I'm talking to you.     :poke:

But on the other hand, it was TTFTMF :w:.    :whip:    :woop:

That's been happening a lot lately. I had to step in just before gametime yesterday. MDS was always good for getting them going.

We need more planning.  People signing up for threads days ahead of time, give them time to plan.  Houstonnat does great with the Astros' series in Houston.  Shakespearean game thread is always a big hit.  Can we expect a "talk like a pirate" thread when we take on the Buccos?

Imitate other posters was a great idea, except that I was away and missed it.   :'(

Maybe we do a whole thread like SF, there's a mother lode of humor to be had there.  Just go back through a few of those 82,741 posts if you need inspiration.     :P

I tried once but I was told only 'Nats' fans could start threads.  Cool by me.

MeMaw and JCA have started threads so that policy is clearly not being enforced.  :stir:
