:hysterical:  In your dreams...
Agreed. The only way Matt Williams gets fired is if Rizzo gets fired.

I get the feeling we won't see MW tonight...

That'd be so lame, don't they always give a press conference after the game?

Only way he doesn't is if he has a "fishing accident" right after the game

Yeah, John Farrell of the Blue Jays refused to address the media earlier today.

John Farrell is the World Series winning manager of the Red Sox ;) and for the record I voted for him to be the Nats manager years ago, we coulda had him dammit!!

Rizzo already compiling notes on how to spin 2014 and tell us all how the Nats will be a contender in 2015...

Yea I was just messing with you but that's lame of Gibbons at least Williams took questions and I kind of like his response when someone asked if he was happy they hit Gray initially, his face said "idiot I want them to hit him every inning not just for one" I'm really starting to root for him to do well here

Damn you Soriano WTF? He must have thought a runner was on first not coming home the way he turned and was going to throw. He also probably didn't realize what the damn score was. The loss is on his hands..... get rid of him he was the EVIL Soriano tonight.

Offense deserves blame too. Where were they tonight besides a couple of hits in the third? Look forward to more horrible offensive showings like tonight and yesterday going forward. No one swinging well. Desmond, Span, and Mclouth automatic outs.

The Papa John's folks are happy that they are saving a ton of money since the Nats hardly ever score the 7 runs required for half-price pizza.

Rafael Soriano on his blown save: "A bad day." Called cutting off the ball "a big mistake." Added: "I ****ed it  up twice."

Shame on Storen. That was such a horrible pitch. Right in his mother freaking wheelhouse. Why can't this team sack up and beat good teams??

B/c the Nationals aren't a good baseball team.

The good news: It's once again okay to hate on Rafael Soriano. He can now go untuck himself.
