Grant is an O's fan. He follows the Nats closely too though.

Grant knows his stuff - he hosts a Sunday morning show on XM's MLB Network Radio and is often on hosting their late-night shows during the week and filling in at other times.

The other guy is Holden Kushner. I don't care for him too much - he's occasionally on MLB Network Radio but they've really cut him down to only filling in once in a rare while. He's been seen lately on MASN's ~~Mid-Atlantic Sports~~ Orioles Report, plus he's supposedly covering the Nats for WUSA-9 here in DC.
