How is Span EVER leading off?  Especially against lefties.  You get 27 outs, why give them away?  No WAY a guy with his OBP should be "setting the table".  Rendon hits a double that would have even scored LaRoche from first.  Dumb wastes are hard to live with.

Yeah. Wayne Newton, always get him and goulet confused.  I'd bet the guy in the stands is a tv preacher.  Man where is dibble when you need him?
