Strasburg, with a 4.50 ERA in three games against the Padres, on a slippery mound (read: not perfect conditions)?

We've already lost. :poke:

last night i declined to participate in the WNFF gameday thread in hopes of changing the fortunes of our beloved Nats......well, it evidently isn't me.....I was riveted to MASN until the bitter, and i do mean bitter, end. at this point in the season I think it is only fair to confront the Lerners and demand solatium for all of us.

I bet MASN will dig up some crazy stat like "In every Nationals loss of the season, Ross Detwiler has sat on the left side of the bullpen."

Day off tonight with a double header tomorrow could be exactly what the doctor ordered for this team. Especially the pen.

Is it random if it's the same lineup from last night?

Actually, it is.    :)    Random doesn't preclude the same results.     :asplode:

Heyward throws out Votto at the play in the 1st. The Braves are winners. The Nats are losers.

Looking back at the Angels Game Three thread I have a theory concerning the key to winning games late.
