Well this is a turd of a game.  The marlins were overdue against the Nats and dealing out some payback tonight.  You'd think the Nats could do this to the braves one time..... Oh well, series loss tomorrow then the Cardinals over the weekend.  I'll be happy if the Nats are within four games of the braves come Monday.

it's all good, here's this seasons outcome - the Braves continue to dominate us but we dominate everyone else and end the regular season tied for the division. In a one game playoff Danny Espinosa hits a game winning rbi producing double in the top of the ninth and Soriano strikes out the side after loading the bases.
the Nats win the pennant, the Nats win the pennant.

Then get bounced in game 5 in devastating fashion

This is a bad team - when all starters are not healthy. This team could finish the month with 10-16 record. No hitting against an awful pitcher and awful pitching from a team built around "great" pitching.

Damned #42

Did we lose last year on Jackie Robinson day, too?

By the way, wasn't there a game - in 2012 I believe - that we came back to win after being something like 9 runs down?

Down by 11?  What the freak happened, mound too slippery?  Too hot?  The clubhouse spread didn't include the pizza lunchables?

Dave spent most of last inning on the radio ranting about the new transfer/catch rule. He even missed a strikeout call.
