This kid is just too good to have a prolonged slump. Holes in his swing my ass. The ball flies off that boy's bat.

MASN said it was a Marlins challenge, but a home run call is not officially a challenge, right?

One of the farthest hit balls I've seen at Nats Park hit to dead RF.

I'd rather face him than their bullpen. We should be chipping away , a run or two an inning. But nope. No fight.

I saw Dunn hit one up there but that's it.

Two upper deckers in three in-person games. I got a good thing going here.

If security catches you doing that in the bathrooms they will kick you out of the stadium.

Also awesome was MLB Network looking at the at-bat most of the way through. Hopefully this will get him jump started.

Couldn't have worked upper-decker in there somewhere? Two rows deep? Left of the tunnel? :D

Yes!! His name is Bryce Harper and he is a power hitter.  That blast reminded me of Harmon Killebrew and Frank Howard. The only guys -- probably in either league -- who could hit one that high, far, and deep into the seats.

Lerners (or DC taxpayers) will need to raise the foul poles with Harper hitting.

(Hondo once hit a line-drive down the LF line and out of DC/RFK. (Yes, I've mentioned it before). Umpire missed the call because it sailed so high above the foul pole. Opposing left-fielder was happy the drive was called foul, but told Howard and the New Nats later that he saw the ball all the way. Fair ball, and the only home run hit out of DC/RFK.  Probably nobody is as strong as Frank Howard, but Harper looks like he hits them as hard as Killebrew.)
