To me, Manning is in the same category as Kelly and Tarkenton   ...  and that's good company.

It wasn't the national anthem either but the kind of people that are complaining seem to not know that.

Biggest blowouts in Super Bowl history

2. Bears 46, Patriots 10 (36)
3. Cowboys 52, Bills 17 (35)
4. Redskins 42, Broncos 10 (32)

As GM of the Broncos now, John Elway was a part of all 3 of those losses.

This loss tonight Seahawks 43, Broncos 8 (35) knocks the Redskins loss to the Raiders OUT of the 5 worst Super Bowl losses.

Since Paul Allen owns the Seahawks,
all Americans can now expect to get
one free laptop.

horrible game, but i guess we're spoiled - after so many years of terrible super bowls we've been on a run of some very good games the last few years.  Right now though, there's nobody in the AFC that can hold a candle to Seattle and SF right now.

Bruno Mars was even better than I thought he'd be, mercy he was fun to watch and he sings the prettiest "ooooo's" ever, just wish he would have sang this one too!

Anyone hear Chris Carter on M&M this morning?  They asked him what he would have told the Broncos on the sideline yesterday.  His response: take the a-whipping like a man, you aren't going to win this game.

Can't decide who is worse between him, Keyshawn and Irvin. All so, so terrible.

Mars doing "just the way you are" was stunning.  The whole set was good though.

Tough sell.  Most hipsters are  too busy grooming their genitals to do anything that actually requires balls.

I groom my genitals. If I don't, it looks like a midget standing in a cornfield. You know what they say, trim back on the potatoes to make the steak look bigger.

Oh c'mon now Slate - the Seahawks defense was good all evening.

Did anyone else get the impression the refs didn't do a good job calling penalties (holding, illegal contact, etc) against the Seahawk defenders ?

Halftime show was the only good part of the evening
