Yeah, I had used a fuel preservative. Glad I did. It ran fine. Few hiccups on startup and a belch of smoke, but once I got it going and turned off the choke it ran just fine.

This year I'm going to run the thing dead at the end of the season (turn it on and run it until it runs out of fuel). Not sure why I forgot to do that two years ago.

Started mine on Sunday and put the battery trickle charger back on it...

Should have started it yesterday when it was 55 but had to hit golf balls. Decisions, decisions .... I keep the trickle goin' and start it often enough (and ride) that I don't have too many issues startin' her right up.

Luckily for me, today was considered a state of emergency or whatever for state employees. Being an "essential" employee, we get double time. They called me for OT tomorrow and if we are still in said state of emergency, this guy will be getting at least 8hrs of 2.5x time and potentially 8hrs of double time.

Very hard to measure since it was blowing so hard. Some places don't have much, but then the fire escapes across the alley have like a foot of drift on them. I do know it's blue ass cold out there.
