Cubs announcers puzzling over the Nats' season as the camera shows Mike Rizzo. "He's got good players at every position. What do you change? No obvious holes..."

To me, it seems like you gotta have heart, miles and miles and miles of heart [watch the movie again]. And Joe Hardy, or Roy Sievers (Roy Hardy stand-in for the movie) or Harmon Killebrew (1960 Nats Yearbook did a Joe Hardy theme on Killer)

Why is there a 34 circled in that picture SN?  What are you implying?   :stir:

It's the grave of Harper's BH.

we got healthy, got rid of the worst position player on the team, beefed up the bullpen, and we're still playing sub .500 ball.  I just don't get it.

Maybe the team just isn't that good.

I refuse to let any losses occur during my game day threads so you all need to calm your tits.

Nice job...

Rizzo sat 4 rows in front of us.  He could't have enjoyed this crapfest any less than we did...

Far and away the shortest GDT of the season (apart from the cancelled Mets match in June)...

...but then again, given it was one of the Nats' feeblest efforts of the season, not all that inconsistent.
