Except Machado will hit .300 and play good defense

Another mistake by Karns, this time Davis makes him pay. At least no one was on

But why do they do that ?

What's the rhyme or reason why someone would be in AA or AAA?  Seems like more of the high ceiling prospects are developing in AA, while AAA is filled with journeymen types who can move up to the big leagues as needed for injuries, etc.  Is that accurate?

1st   Adam LaRoche homered to right center, Steve Lombardozzi and Ryan Zimmerman scored.
2nd   M Wieters doubled to right, C Davis scored.
4th   C Davis homered to right.

No other teams do this mixed booth bullcrap.

I'm behind in the posts but this is 100% accurate.  Watching the pregame was so damned awkward.  The Nat announcer said Karns can bring it up to 95 MPH that's something you're young guy can't top.  Well the O's announcer chuckled and said he averages 96 and can hit 98.

It was just an odd feeling of two people that don't do games together and don't have any repartee.  If nothing else just let the home team announce the game or split the stations.

I'm telling you, we gotta pull Karns now. He is leaving everything up and out over the plate.

Well, wake up the offense, tell them they're not still leading.

Of course, they'll probably hit snooze.

same thing as yesterday. Jim Hunter enters the booth and it's an O's party. They take over the game, the park, and the announcing booth simultaneously.
