BTW, has it been discussed that after Soriano made the comment about Harper teammates have not untucked?

really?

i didn't get to watch the ending of Friday nights game, but the last 2 wins haven't been save opportunities.  i know during save opportunities they don't untuck.

It was so crazy in the stadium at that moment that I don't even recall there being fireworks.

I would ordinarily be jealous that I wasn't there, but Werth provided me with one of the greatest memories I will ever have as a father.

Would've been even nicer if you had been there with your kid though.

Yeah his last save Desmond didn't bother to untuck. His comments were out of line and he upset some people.

curious.  i was on the way to the beach, so i didn't get to see much of the game.  the one time, i really wish there was a late night game (so i could watch it when we got down there).  but seeing how it was Jordan Zimmermann pitching, of course it was going to be a fast game (and a win).  at least we got to listen to charlie and dave (who still in my mind, is a top 3 announcing team).

i wonder if they go back to it.  soriano/harper seem to have cleared the air.

If things turn around I can see them getting over it and teammates jumping back on the bandwagon. To quote the sage of WNFF:

Winning is the ultimate elixir

I live in Upstate NY so I was watching in my living room with my then 9-year-old son.  We jumped up and down and I nearly sprained my ankle.  I think it took us both two hours to calm down to the point where we could fall asleep.

I will always remember that moment.  I hope he does too....

The game ended at around 7 pm.
