The Orioles look like a competent baseball team. Denard Span really freaked this game up, and Gio ended it. Down 2 we aren't coming back, and with possibly Zach Duke or Chris Young pitching tomorrow we might get swept at home by the dirty birds. Great! Good things there's a lot of time left in the season!

Gonzalez blew the game with that crap pitching against Navarro as usual.  Let the team down big-time.

RUNS 28th
 Overall BATTING AVERAGE .230 28th
Overall ON BASE PERCENTAGE .294 29th
 Overall SLUGGING PCT .367

you see us coming back with Harper out of the lineup?  I don't.  Do yourselves a favour and shut the game off for today.

Pretty sure Desmond's bat is gone. I get the feeling that .~265 is about what we can expect from now on

I agree.  But today I think team 1 is the Orioles and team 2 is the Nats.

Do they realize that Hammel has a ERA of over 5.  Well, it was over 5 when the game started.  It'll be below by the end of the game.

Desmond couldn't hit a beach ball.

I never realized how frustrating being a .500 team really was. Just ridiculous. Poor fundamentals, no consistency from game to game.

lmao 4-5-6 go down easily in order. This team is so freaking terrible it's sad.

Now Orioles have their 4-5-6 up.

Problem isn't the comeback, it's that Gio is going to get absolutley rocked in the next iunning.  I'm calling another 4 runs be4 he gets yanked.  it'll look like this:  BB, 2-run HR, 1B, BB, 2 run triple

I don't know who I blame the most for what this team has become, to be honest.

I think Gio will settle down, the problem will be our offence swinging at balls and looking at strikes and generally playing poor fundamental baseball for another 5 innings.

Mike Rizzo. freaking blowhard. Never takes accountability on his mistakes, so many bad moves, bad personnel decisions.

Gio is far and away the most disappointing Nat this season, and that's a crowded list.

Yeah, this is about to get very ugly. Gio has nothing left in the tank and the Orioles are the best offensive team in baseball.

Doesn't this just suck?  i mean it almost seems like we are one of the worst teams in baseball.  Its #$%#$#@%#$ insane.  I'm a raging lunatic right now.  If Jim Hunter was in the room im $@##%$#$##$ pummel him
