Between the first braves series,  the Cardinals series,  and the West coast swing,  this game just feels like another one to add to the list of disappointments this season.  I'm still somehow expecting them to stumble into the playoffs though

Posters on the MLB board were comparing the game today to the opening day game against Philly a few years back, another Nats debacle.

orioles fans are currently riding high. But it wasn't as bad as the philly game.

I'm so freaking jealous of the O's for having Manny Machado. Orioles fans don't deserve him.

Yeah, Machado really is the man. Smooth swing and sick in the field.

Attendance 41,260 - third highest ever at Nats Park for an Orioles visit.

---

Still too many Orioles supporters in the house (including a disturbingly high number coming in on the Metro trains from Virginia).

---

At least the Mystics won their season opener yesterday (95-90 OT at Tulsa).

It's because the birds are playing well. When they start struggling you won't hear peep out of them. They may even claim to be Nats fans.

was at the game, awful loss.  i know spidey is going to give me crap, but i don't give a crap what she says.

i hate losing to the phillies, the braves, the orioles and the red sox.

i really hope we at least split.  i'm so tired of hearing from birds fans.  this is their world series.

Then stop talking to yourself.

I looked for you at the Miller Lite Scoreboard but couldn't spot you. You must've shaved off the playoff beard.
