Zim's motion is insane.  He fields it clean, winds up normal and just over thinks things and slows everything down.  Nice play Adam.

Seems like 50% of Zimmerman's throws are way off target now-a-days. Lucky to get the out there.. :?

He talked about his throwing today on 106.7 (around 1230).

It's definitely mental.  His throw on Fri night to end the game was a bullet to 1st.

Anything worthwhile or just standard boilerplate stuff?

That was something you'd see in little league.

That's the first defensive play Zimmerman has had to first in three games.
Yeah he doesn't get many balls for some reason but the few that find him it seems like he almost always botches the throw. Pretty insane. Can you imagine if he had like 5-6 balls hit to him in a given game?

Gio's last 11 innings have been awesome.  Nice for him and Stras to finally settle in (of course once the offense and bullpen turns back to the crap it was before).

Nah, says he feels good for awhile and then loses it.    Didn't say it's a physical thing.

Hey nice little duck snort blooper.  One big base hit would be clutch here.

I've become quite smitten with the Nats.  I can only imagine if they were to be hitting what I'd think.  Still a Detroit fan first but the Nats have become my 1a team.
