I would've been given the Dibble treatment and gotten fired after the San Diego series if I were Bob or FP, I can't sit there and be a yes man for such crappy performances night in and night out.

Don't worry. Duke has a perfect game going right now.

Jinxed again.  Everyone knows that Duke was going to do a Speigner.

2nd   A Torres doubled to deep left, H Pence scored, B Belt to third.   0   1
2nd   B Crawford grounded out to second, B Belt scored, A Torres to third.

He's been no worse than Stras or Gio in the early innings during most of their starts.
What do Davey/Rizzo realistically expect to happen when they send Zach Duke out there for a start? I mean best case scenario, what do they expect to happen?

This whole thing is a debacle. Ross should have been put on the DL. Why are they doing this again and letting us be 1 man short for a long period of time?? Let Det go to the DL and come off it as soon as he's ready to start again.

On to the Giants, whose starters - coming in to today - have given up nearly 40 runs in 5 games and have a collective ERA of over 10 during that stretch.  It's been an awful road trip for them.  I fully expect our offense to lay another egg.

True, however I'm only 19 and don't think about things like that right now!

If Vogelsong and his 8+ ERA dominate us tonight, someone needs to be fired.

Every time a pitcher is struggling the Nats come in and look like they're swinging 70 lb. bats. We're like stat adjusters.

Duke breaks up the no-hitter. You can't write this stuff up.
