With that lineup, I mean, I guess Bernadina could jump up there, but that's not much better.  I'd almost rather go Harper, Desmond, Zim, LaR, whatever after that...

He has been muh better pinch hitting than he has been starting.

I'm more comfortable with Lombo's at bats, because he makes more contact, puts it in play  (at least that's my impression). Given time to heat up, I think he could.

It's probably a matter of time. Davey won't wait forever, I don't think.

You can't put all your players on the 15 day DL and bring up all new ones. (Okay, I don't know the exact rules, but I'm pretty sure you can't. )  You play with what you have.

That Lombo isn't playing can only be attributed to Davey giving Espi a fair shot. We may get to see real soon what Lombo can do given extended playing time. Davey's going to run out of patience at some point.
