Watching the game on Gameday and where the hell are these calls? Haren's getting heavily squeezed. Oh well at least there's a zero on the board.

That's a good start. Control was great for the most part and fastball is exactly where we want it.

I'm hearing that a splitter is a pitch that's easier to throw in more humid, warmer conditions? Does it spin a lot, or is it grip/friction?
