How did Uggla steal home vs Josh Johnson....

They are rolling over for the braves to make things tougher for the Nats?

The Phillies should just trot out a corps of relievers against us every night.  We can't even get a hit off their bullpen tonight, and we haven't scored on them since May.

They have those around the 270-70 corridor - lucky freaks.

the bats have gone dormant.

They are such a flash in the pan. No consistency.

Yes. Who are these appropriately ugly relievers that we can't square up on?

Consistency is overrated.  In fact, I bet you score more runs if hits are clumped as opposed to being spread evenly around.

Harper way late on that fastball. Our offense doesn't do anything against anyone's bullpen.

Young guys who throw high 90s. First reliever was in the minors most of the year. Meant to be a starter.

Being able to manufacture a run or two in the late innings is pretty important. We suck at that.

Runs are runs, they count the same whether scored early or late, whether manufactured or slugged.

Yes, I don't care how they score but we seem to do poorly at tacking on late runs period. I don't trust our bullpen that much. They need all the padding possible.
