This doesn't feel as bad as last night's loss, but still, pretty piss poor effort from our offense. Two unearned runs is all we could muster.

The Nats should have DeRosa lead off tomorrow and have him rush the mound and beat the crap out of Hamels. At least then he'd be useful. Then again, DeRosa can't hit anything.

Bernadina and Espy have gone ice cold. We aren't able to withstand the loss of Desmond (and Zim) without them coming through like they did over most of the road trip.

Would have been nice if Edwin hadn't given up all those homers but hard to blame the pitching when the offense musters nothing after the first inning.
