Henry Rodriguez is exactly like Pvt. Pyle from Full Metal Jacket.

Beat you by 7 whole seconds, terp :mg:

I was over on Gameday getting angry at the 2nd pitch called ball on Burnett.

Also, I'm pretty sure that FiOs is a few seconds behind most other services, so I'm at a competitive disadvantage unless I switch on the radio in the background, and that's just too much work.

If Henry Rodriguez pitches a 9th inning again I want Davey's ass carted out of town and thrown into the Potomac.

What if he floats?

If not Stammen, then, oh, Ryan Perry as closer?

Feck me gently, that wasn't pleasant viewing.

Nope. Welcome to Nationals baseball.

Davey is trying to outlive us all by giving us heart attacks. I told my wife to sue the Washington Nationals if I die anytime soon.

I got this feeling this will be HRod's last shot at closing for awhile.
Davey better say as much in the post game presser. He's making himself seem like a crazy old whacked out bastard by continuing to defend him HRod.

I hate D.C. teams. They're going to give me a heart attack.

The Bullets have been kind at least.

How about move Clippard to closer and let Stammen take over his 7th/8th inning role?

That 9th inning was painful. I don't know if MASN had the same camera craps as Fillies, but the Fillies kept showing HRod sitting in the dugout. Hat off. Staring. Not moving. Catatonic.

Burnett might not do it in the prettiest fashion, but I really like what he's doing lately.
