Jason Chimera to throw out first pitch today.  No Way we get swept with Stras on the mound.  Lets go Nats!

Espi leading off?

Really?

I thought Davey moved him down in the lineup to lessen the pressure!  I guess sitting on the bench cause you suck equates to leading off the next game?

I think it equates to motivation and then direct competition.

Not that I think it matters all that much. But we can hope that Danny got an eyeful of Lombo putting the ball in play yesterday, and that with his slight advantage in power, he'll hit harder line drives.

The fact that Espinosa is hitting leadoff crushes all hope I have for a win today. Going to take a shutout from Stras I think.

395N was a freaking disaster. I had to get off at the 14th St bridge to go home. Should be a very, very big crowd. I'm going to nap rather than watch this crapshow, however.

Must be nice to have a leadoff guy that can get on-base.

Avery owns the Nats. Why can't we ever have a CFer like that? Bernadina should be what he is but he isn't.
