Alex Smith and Matt Moore are the same guy. Whatever, Dolphins. Certainly puts the pressure on the Niners to get Peyton. Colin Kaepernick should be getting prepared just in case.

Matt Flynn to Seattle. Three years, $26 million.

That's a bit of a shock.

yeah, expected him to take his talents to South Beach.

Wouldn't it be interesting now if Miami signs Smith and Peyton goes to Denver or TN?  What's "plan B" for SFO?  Matt Lienart?

USA Today is reporting Smith and the Dolphins are in contract talks.  And Matt Leinart is likely heading to Oakland to back up Palmer.

hey, Jason Campbell is available!

Gotta think these teams think Peyton is asking way too much considering his health concerns. What started with a ton of bidders has narrowed down to 1/2 teams.

That's assuming that Manning signs with the Titans. If he signs with the Broncos, the Niners are screwed.

Yes.  :lmao:

Actually TerpFan76 probably thought the same thing.  :?   But how much did you think he would get? He got $26 million over 3 seasons with $10 million guaranteed on the strength of two games (one in which he threw a pick at the end of the game to seal the loss).

Isn't manning the one who narrowed the list?

Manning hasn't signed yet but he has apparently chosen Denver as his next team. They're currently negotiating.

Why blue?

Tebow can be had for the rights to an undrafted free agent.   :mg:

Chris Mortensen and Adam Schefter both confirm.
