Phillies' official boards' posters on our supporter base: http://www.forums.mlb.com/n/pfx/forum.aspx?tsn=1&nav=messages&webtag=ml-phillies&tid=109367

If we've pissed them off, then good. They can deal with it. We don't give a crap about a second-rate city like Philthydelphia anyway. That city is really the armpit of the East Coast and they know it. And that inferiority complex is what drives their in-your-face attitude.

I just picked up my October Natitude cap from PNC Bank. It's sweet! Chick wanted to talk to me about opening an account, but nope I just said thanks for the hat and split.

Uh, I'm not sure you're aware of this or not, but saying "Screech's Best Friend" makes some of us want to vomit flaming gasoline.

Checking out all the pictures of the team celebrating last night I keep noticing that they're pouring crappy beer on each other instead of champagne in nearly all of the shots. Only the Natinals, signature move by the cheap ass Lerners.

There was plenty of Dom Perignon flowing at the beginning.  They blew through that pretty quickly.

Man, does that y-Washington look good.    BTW, I don't think the Lerners had anything to do with the beer selection.    Miller has stadium rights.

I kept thinking: DRINK the Dom Perignon, POUR the beer!

If you're going to spray the beer then Lite is a fine choice, I just expected a few more cases of cut rate bubbly, looks classier in the photos.

Can't wait to update the thread title again tonight or tomorrow.

Some MLB teams have deals with beer companies for this kind of stuff. The 2005 White Sox poured Miller Lite all over each other to celebrate winning the ALDS, and it was product placement for the TV audience.

If the Nationals are being paid to celebrate with beer, it makes sense that this is what you would see in pictures and on TV.

If that was the case I doubt if they would have had to have resorted to OJ when the beer ran out.

There was a pretty hilarious part of the celebrations where FP was talking to Lannan and Johnny Boy said, with the tone of voice usually reserved for passing of a grandmother, that they needed more beer.
