Here is an article about MLB telling team owners they have to setup metal detectors at entrance gates by 2015

A real hassle but understandable in the age of the Batman shooting. Thing is that this moves the target zone from inside the park to outside the gates. A corresponding move should be to reverse the policy of handing out giveaways at only one entrance, as bad as the lines are now for bobbleheads imagine that with security checkpoints.

A third major concert at Nats Park is being announced tomorrow, Rizzo and the deputy mayor will be there. My money is on Katy Perry, her summer tour dates are being announced.

With One Direction and Jason Aldean already announced, that has Pop and Country covered.  Hoping for a good Rock Concert.  Would love if Springsteen came back!

Yeh, she hooked up with the guitar player Neil Schon (sP?). Great guitar player but my opinion of him went way down after that. I grew up hating Journey during the 80s but actually like them now.  Our season ticket guy never tells us about any of these events.  He is too focused on his work I think.

Definitely going if that happens, haven't seen billy since around 1986 at Nassau Colosseum.

Billy Joel would be great too.  Just saw him down in Tampa this weekend.  Put on a hell of a show, even if it was a bit short.
