If he was being pitched around due to lack of protection, he wouldn't be getting fat meatballs down the middle of the plate, time after time.  The truth is, nobody's pitching around him, they're just ramming it down his throat.

Nobody said anything about protection except you.  Attempting to glom your specious argument onto Werth's suck is pretty transparent :P

That'll teach me to combine Wild Turkey with feeding my daughter's fish while the PA was in progress.  I just sat down a few minutes ago and caught a glimpse of the batter, thought it was Werth.

If the Phillies have to actually start Worley in the playoffs they are freaked. He's awful

every indication is that Worley will be in the pen, i heard this is his last start before moving into there
