Certainly not. I have a head full of thick, luxurious, shaggy blonde hair of which I am very proud.

The facial hair on your minfig would suggest otherwise.

For the record, I am - that pic of me looks like I have brown hair but I am a red-head.  That is, what hair I have left is red.   :?

My facial hair is a different color than the hair on my head

I can give your minifig red hair if you want. Shall I do so?

You were using one once... no? If so, I'm glad it was temporary.

I was planning on making a Ladson. He'd pop up once in a while as a minor antagonist.

I'm halfway finished building my Medieval Market Village. Since it was designed for older fans, it uses lots of complex and highly detailed building techniques. I love it, however, LEGO really pissed me off in one area. You see, for the past few years, LEGO has split the construction of the medium and large sets in to individual parts. The pieces for the first part of the build come in bags labeled one, the pieces for the second part of the set come in bags labeled two, and so forth. It's very convenient and makes the building process much more intuitive. Not in this set. All of the 1601 pieces, many of which are very small, are all jumbled together. It causes most of the build to be spent sorting through parts to find the ones you need. Very tedious and it should never have happened.

Finished building the Medieval Market Village. It's utterly magnificent. Probably one of the top three LEGO sets I've ever purchased. The best part is that now that I know how the buildings are constructed, I can make more from my own pieces. I plan on using this set and the other buildings I make as a sort of hub for all of the WNFF adventures to start out from; like in RPG video games. I'll try to get a review up tomorrow.

In the same manner that the Medieval Market Village was a last hurrah of sorts for the Fantasy Era theme, LEGO is releasing a final masterpiece set to mark the end of the current Kingdoms theme. This set is 10223 Kingdoms Joust, and it looks outstanding.

I have a major beef with LEGO over this image though. This is the main image of the set that is used, but this is in fact TWO of the sets combined! Major league false advertising! Granted, LEGO does mention in the description how combining two together is the best thing to do, but it is unclear that this is an image of two sets combined. But, alas, I can forgive that because of how marvelous the set is. I could go on at great length about everything that is awesome about it, but there is something else that I'd like to mention ahead of anything else.

It's Rascus from KK2 again. Not only that, he seems to be doing some serious flirting with the king's daughter. Let's go over this guy's history again. First, he was instrumental in defending the kingdom of Morcia from the evil Vladek on two separate occasions in '04 and '05. Then, he disappeared from Morcia in '06, only to be spotted battling mythical beasts with the Norsemen.

This also brings up an interesting thought about the Crownie king. Take a look at this particular Viking.

Now take a look at the Crownie king.

Same dude. Now we know how Rascus managed to reunite the kingdom during the civil war without having to deal with accusations of favoring a specific province, thus filling a big hole in my Grand Theory of LEGO Castle. (GToLC.) Anyway, once we get to the Fantasy Era, Rascus is a high ranking knight in the Crownie army. (He should be the freaking second in command. Viking King owes him big time.)

Then, after doing epic badassery like attacking a warship on a dragon to save a captured dwarf, rescuing the king from trolls, and defending the kingdom from undead skeletons lead by a massively powerful necromancer, he starts trying to get in the panties of the daughter of the guy he put on the throne. (The Kingdoms lion king appears to me to be an older version of the Crownie Viking king.)

See? Anyway, Rascus is a badass on the highest level.

Look at this one. A bottle of wine, some smooth talking that he is certainly capable of, and presto. Also, the symbolism of the princess holding freakING CHERRIES is about as subtle as hitting someone with a bag of bricks. Someone at LEGO had way too much fun making these pictures.

Yeah, so that is Kingdoms Joust. A brilliant looking set that I will purchase as soon as it is released.

there is a humongous Lego store in Arundel Mills and you can make 3 minifigs for 10 dollars, kinda cool. Of course, we left with Winnie the Pooh Duplos.

Here's CALSGR8, new Minty, and Ladson. (Imref is delayed for a little while until I can acquire the correct hair piece. Perhaps tomorrow.)

First we have the half human, half mechanical magic knight CALSGR8.

Next is ginger Minty.

And Ladson, the antagonistic journalist who follows the three mercenary groups around on their quests, documenting their travels.

Here are avatars for the new people.
