A couple of comments from Kevin Goldstein following the draft, but before Purke's signing:

Purke is very intriguing indeed. That times article has me pretty excited about getting him and his recovery seems off to a good start. I dont think the importance of this draft for this franchise could be overstated if they all turn out well.

The Washington Times article posted yesterday said they would introduce Purke at a press conference and then inform him privately whether he's going to Viera or Auburn. Press conference junkies, take note.
