Huh? You're supposed to round like that.

it's just funny that werth's rounding ability is all fp can talk up at this point.

Where is every one?  John Lannan was hit in the face by a pitch and had to leave the game.  He's apparently okay but has a nose/sinus contusion.  Ramos made the score closer with a homerun.  And miracle of miracles - Werth just got a nice single but there are two outs.

By "everyone" do you mean on the forum, or at the park?

You know?  We rail on a lot of players, but IMO, Ankiel has been less than impressive this year.

FP just lectured the viewing audience about running hard through first base as if it was a little league baseball team

Is he not allowed to post all weekend?

I think it's just tonight and it's only self-imposed.

I thought he said that he wasn't going to watch tonight's game... too fed up with last night's Worst Loss in the Franchise's History.

i hate FP almost as much as Dibble

Of the three of them, FP pisses me off the least - and it's not a close contest.

All things considered, I think he's been just fine.  Not great or even good, but what did anyone really expect from him?

Well, I posted that well before FP went on his little crusade. Maybe my cable is behind yours.

Only by his own decree.

I think it's just tonight and it's only self-imposed.

Oh OK. Then we should pick up the slack.

freak this crap! I knew we would be unable to recover from last night's devastating loss. The season is over. Rizzo might as well DFA every veteran on the roster and call up some prospects.    :whip:

Nevermind, I just checked his numbers and his OBP and SLG are both really disappointing.  Has he really only hit 2 bombs?  Crud.  For some reason I still have the impression that he's had a lot of big ABs.

Sorry, Chief, my computer was only showing me page 1.  It has now straightened out.  I couldn't imagine what happened to everyone! :)

I rank 'em:   Debbi pisses me off the most, then Carp and FP way behind those two.

I really want to see Nix in left, Werth in center, and Bernadina in right after Ankiel's mini hot streak comes to an end. Nix and his .834 OPS needs to be in the lineup.

From what we were told I expected a lot more production out of him than Bernadina and I get the feeling just the opposite is happening.

Though, I admit to mindfacting on that one.
