I didn't expect us to go this long of a streak but if things are turning around we wait for more than one game to see if this teams going back in the gutter.

This also applies to Gorzelanny, IMO. We've given every pitcher the same patience so Gorzelanny deserves it too.

He's not TERRIBLE, he's just "not great." He's a very good piece as a backup/spot starter.

He's pretty terrible. Of Nats batters with 100 plate appearances, only Ankiel and LaRoche have hit worse, and the batters below him on other teams are littered with hitters on the DL.
