The Royals wanted Bauer/Hultzen.

Barnes would be a sleeper.

That's true.

Rendon's shoulder could be freaked, for all we know.
It's possible but if not he's a steal here. It would make sense for teams to be scared but if he's fine we have to jump at him.

Do they actually have a medical report?

From what I read, all the teams do.

It was just released to the teams a day or two ago.

His history of "fluke injuries" is REALLY suspicious. Shoulder, one ankle, the other ankle... he was pretty much Nick Johnson during the last 18 months.

How bad could his shoulder be? If he needed surgery, he would have had it.

Rizzo will crap his pants if the Royals pull a stunner and take Bubba Starling

Surprising after Barret Loux.

Scouts think they are just flukes and that he will be perfectly fine long term. He's a step below RZ in terms of potential

If they take Starling and you don't want Rendon who do you take?

Lindor? :spaz: Meyer? :spaz:

I'd like to see some position players.  Take Rendon, take a chance.

You don't need to tell me about his potential, I was in his dorm at Rice. In fact he shared his mailbox with... me

Yeah. Orioles were only tied to arms, Zona was only tied to arms. Seattle may have just really liked Hultzen.
