That was the Phillies last rally! And we started off this game thread by dogging the lineup.

to be fair, many did say that our only hope was the fact we were facing Blanton.

When you post, you usually miss other posts between when you started typing and finally post.  I usually go back to try to see if I missed anything, but not everyone does that.

Hell, any team would want that guy.  Who'd we give to the Yankees for him again?  Magic beans?

I'm just listening and watching gameday, they showed them close to exactly the same spot.
Here's what it showed, FWIW.

I root for the Mariners as well as the Nats...M's fans would give anything to have a reliever as reliable as Tyler Clippard on their team.

We should have kept Gonzalez and dumped Cora.

They wanted to keep the more expensive player (300K) to inflate a low payroll.

Jonathan albaladejo.

Reminding me of a really bad Steve Miller song (I think). Other geezers on the board will probably know which one.

Games like that are why you keep rooting for crappy teams, no matter what.  Still can't believe that one last night actually happened.  Felix giving up 7 runs?  And then getting them all back in the last three innings?  On four consecutive bases-loaded walks, and an epic final at-bat for the ages?

freakin' baseball, man.  Gotta love it.
