new MASN survey

"What can MASN do to improve broadcasts" - My answer: re-hire Rob Dibble.

They ask you to rate everyone but Ben, I would have given Ben a 5.

So if you add up Ben's score with Phil's and Debbi's, you get a 5.

That's like my GPA when I was in college  ... Add all my semesters together and I might have made the Dean's list.    Probably why I got drafted.  :)

Those surveys are pointless. They ask the same crap every year and hardly anything changes at all. They still stick it to us with Debbi Taylor and her stupid pieces. Maybe they ask to see what Nats fans want so they can give us the shaft by defying our wishes.

A good baseball team would improve the broadcasts dramatically.

Aint that the truth.  Everyone's cranky from the moment they tune in.

By the way, Bob says that it has yet to be determined if Ray Knight will be back as his partner or they'll find another person to fill the role.

The sheer fact they are even considering Knight to come back speaks wonders about MASN. And I love Ray Knight, he's phenomenal with Johnny. But I personally believe even Ray would admit, confidentially, that he just isn't a color guy, or suited for the broadcast booth at all. He just simply doesn't work, but as a pre and post game guy, he's perfect. If they bring him back, it's going to be an incredibly long season... I stopped watching road games after he came on, and I am not sure what I will do if he comes back. He really is that bad.

Have never watched MASN, and the only way I will is if they get out from under Orioles/Angelos ownership.

MASN is replaying Strasburg's debut. On the guide description it says something about memorable moments in the team's 40 plus year history dating back to 1969.  :hang:
