The only Nationals player I could find with an 1.000 lifetime BA is Travis Hughes!
The righthanded pitcher went 1 for 1 in 2006 for Washington.
Only picture I could find was in a BoSox hat.

Bobby Shantz a .45.   I figured in and out as a Yank.    Then, I looked at baseball-reference and discovered he was a Yankee only for a short time ... career wise.    But man, he was there during some good years.   Those were my "gettin' into baseball" years.
