Morgan is the problem, not the solution

The problem is, we have way too many problems on our roster than solutions.

Desmond, Guzman, Kennedy, Morgan, Nieves.  We scarcely have enough left to field a lineup.

That's where SS will be in a few years if something doesn't change now.   He probably sings NY NY in the shower.

7th   E Hinske hit sacrifice fly to center, C Jones scored, B McCann to third, T Glaus to second.   0   1
7th   Y Escobar singled to left, B McCann scored, T Glaus to third.   0   2

Strasburgals 0
Broves        2

Strasburg relieved...  Now we can switch to Last Comic Standing on NBC.

Is Ian Desmond capable of playing good defense on a day-to-day basis?  Is he an older Chris Marrero?

This may be the most pissed off I've ever been at this team and that says a lot.

Same with me. The last 2 years I've just been like, meh, we suck ass but whatever. But the only time I've been this hate-filled was opening day this year.

Are you serious? I don't really care what fans chant but it shows how idiotic they are.

I think Ian could be a superb fielder if he worked very hard at it this offseason

With every game like this with Strasburg Bryce Harper comes closer to saying he'll take the freaking Orioles over this mess. 2-2 and he should be 5-0. There isn't a word that describes it.

This shouldn't come as a surprise.

We can't play.  It is simple as that.  We have Strasburg and then a bunch of average to poor players.  There must be some accountability in the organization.  You can't keep giving games away on defense.  I don't have a solution for Desmond and his crap defense, but I know that Morgan should not play CF in the big leagues again until he understands the game.  For his own good, he should be sent to Syracuse.

A lot of people thought Strasburg would save this franchise by himself.

Only complete morons who know nothing about the game.

And give him a baseball "tutor" with classes, where he has to study and take tests.
