They wouldn't show a replay on the scoreboard at the game.

Which is really kind of ... I don't know what you'd call it.
They kept fading the logos of the Nats and the Royals while the call was being argued.
Likle they didn't want to show up the umps or something.

He looked safe on TV but couldn't really tell if his foot was actually touching home plate. It was over the plate on the edge before he was tagged. Did Riggs go out and argue? I didn't see him on the TV.

In real time, he looked way safe, and on the replays, it looked closer, but I thought he was safe on both.

True, I was thinking of DC.  One could only imagine the result of a replay of a blown call against the Phillies in Philadelphia.

Thats the way I saw it too! It looked to me like he was out, unfortunately. If his foot didn't touch home.

Yeah I was wondering about that in the beginning of the game last friday in the first when Pierre reached on the INF single vs. Stras - they wouldn't show it.

Agreeing with everyone else, he looks very safe in real time, in the replay, it looks a lot closer. If his foot is down, he's safe, but if it's up in the air a little bit, he's out.

He should have been safe by a mile. If you watch the replay, after he hits third, he's looking out at the outfield (over his left shoulder) and slows up while doing so. If he finds the 3B coach before hitting 3rd and picks him up after hitting the bag, he'd have seen him windmilling him home and Bernadina would have been safe by a step.

Yes.  I was distracted because I was explaining to my son what was happening and I kept looking up at the scoreboard expecting a replay.  But I do recall there was a long chat at home plate with I assume Riggs.

Riggs actually said he did not argue because from his view, Bernie looked out.

he looked safe live, he looked safe on replays ... we got hosed.  but at the same time he shouldn't be watching the play as it unfolds.
