Or, ya know, stick with something better...
So, I put together an excel spreadsheet for march madness and which games are being broadcast during the day on Thurs and Fri. Is there some way to insert a script to show where we are in the day and which games should be current?
nope
Given the lack of noscript and especially adblock, it's doubtful I'll ever use IE9 unless I'm stuck using a computer that doesn't have anything else installed.
Spy Sweeper
In Firefox, how can I configure it to open 2/3 tabs when I start Firefox? Not tabs from last time, but the same 2 tabs everytime like I can in Chrome?
Just an aside - if you develop software, in particular health care software, don't marry it to IE and please, please, please, please, please don't use make it modal. Thank you.
Amen, praise jeebus
Are you talking about tab pinning? If so, I believe you'll need the latest and greatest for that:http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/RC/Works pretty much the same way it does in Chrome.
I downloaded v4 last week but couldn't get it now I see. You have to pin them as "app tabs". Seems silly. It works but I still like Chrome's better and I like Chrome's "most visited tab" if you hit the "+" button.
oh, and R.I.P. Zune Player.
Chrome UI horrible?
eh, to each his own.
i don't see what is wrong with it.
oh, and R.I.P. Zune Player.I actually liked Zune marketplace more than iTunes. bleh.
It's the exact same functionality and actions, the only difference is literally "pin tab" vs "pin as app tab" There's an add-on for Firefox (or several, probably) that duplicate Chrome's new tab page functionality very well.
I don't have anything "pinned" in Chrome. I just have it set to "open" the same two pages in tabs every time I start the browser up. Plus, when you "pin them as apps" in Firefox it shrinks the tab which blows.
