As do I, and I tend to believe this Angelos thing, but the contrast between this and the reaction to the Acta incident is funny.

Rauch just picked up his fifth save this season in five tries. Glad to see the Wookie is having success so far for the Twinkies. I loved the guy when he was here.

Damn, you know who I wish the Nats got in hindsight? Justin Duchscherer. Dude is still pitching very well for the A's. He might have been a better investment than Wang will end up being. But yeah, hindsight is just that. It just would've been nice to have someone reliable like that in this rotation. The staff looks pretty good right now aside from Stammen thus far.

The O's are so bad. Just coughed up a 1 run lead in the bottom of the 9th for another loss.

The White Sox blow a one lead in the 8th and lose. Just about as bad as the O's.

We wanted him. At least I, and a couple other posters did.

Either the Nats, or Justin didn't really give the other a chance to sign here. Too bad.

Also, Marquis also needs to step it up, starting tomorrow!

Actually, I think the A's offered him arbitration so he wasn't available anyway. Could be wrong, but that seems right to me.

Marquis could be a huge bust.

Cot's had him at as free agent. 6+ year years of service at the start of the year. Went from a $3.9m contract to $1.75m, so it could not have been by arbitration.

No, it's not, but be glad we aren't Braves fans who have to figure out which of 3 or 4 stations to watch the game on.
