The Wizards had a grand total of 0 rebounds in the second quarter.

Lack of effort. They don't give a crap.

BLOW IT UP!!

tied for lowest amount of rebounds in a quarter in nba history. i don't think it's possible to have negative rebounds.

Could be one of Tiger's sloppy seconds.

epic freaking fail. Gilbert 1/6 from the FT line tonight including a pair of misses at the line with 30 seconds left that would have tied the game.

Not everyone can be as confident on a date as you are.

I think we need an update on that.

during the halftime show of last night's game:
Quote
Barkley: "Sometimes people don't watch our show because I've been saying for three years that the Wizards stink. Was it Charles Barkley or Einstein that said if you keep doing the same thing over and over that's insanity. They have no team leader, they have no style, they already got a good coach, Eddie Jordan, fired and Flip Saunders hopped on the Titanic halfway down. It's embarrassing."

Ridiculous. There is no way that foul happened before the time ran out. The game should be over.

Amazing isn't it. About the worst officiating you could possibly see. It didn't even look like a foul in the first place, and under no circumstances should a whistle have blown. And when the refs have a chance to go to replay and correct their egregious mistake, they compound it by not only upholding the call, put claiming that Dunleavy can jump up, catch the ball, come down, take a step back AND get fouled all in .04 of a second. Yeah right. It's stunning how horrible professional officiating has become. BTW, I was just watching the Phoenix/Denver game and Steve Nash got absolutely whored on a call at the end of the game as well. Just boggles the mind.

Wizards guard Gilbert Arenas is looking forward to the team's current four-game road trip.

"I think the West Coast is going to be good for me," Arenas said. "Get away from the pressure of this building, the pressure of the fans. Just let me breathe a little bit."

Washington will begin the trip on Monday night in Los Angeles. They'll face the Clippers, Kings, Suns and Warriors.

:lmao: :lmao: pressure? Just imagine if he played in a place like NY or LA. He wouldn't be able to walk the streets without getting ripped on.

Wizards attempting another loss of epic proportions. 17 point lead in the 3Q now dwindled down to 2 with the 4Q about to start.

and they did the unthinkable. 17 point lead in the third quarter against the hapless Clippers and the Wizards piss it all away.

Hell, even after blowing the double digit lead they built the lead back to 6-7 only to blow that one.

I've never seen a team like this before. Ever. Biggest bunch of freaking losers I've ever seen.

The trade of the draft pick for Mike Miller and Randy Foye will go down as one of the worst trades in history.

Foye is god awful and Miller is decent role player.

We traded away a freaking lottery pick for a bunch of crap.

Hey, who's this Kevin Calabro guy calling the game for ESPN?  He's not in the RV commercials.  Something's wrong.

Wiz just blew it anyways. freaking unbelievable.

they blow two easy lay-ups and then the Kings come down and hit their second straight three plus the foul.

That's alright, it was the first 5 minutes I've watched of the NBA this year.  It's just what was on when I got home.
