I don't know, I watched a couple of episodes and just found it really lame.  I'll give everything Shawn Ryan does a chance since he was responsible for one of my favorite TV shows ever (The Shield) but the "Chicago Code" was really, really lame.  It doesn't help that Jason Clarke might have the worst southside Chicago accent of all time and that it was on Fox instead of FX or HBO/Showtime.  A good idea just a terrible execution.

I kept switching over from the Nationals game to THE OFFICE on NBC.
One of the funniest episodes I've seen in years.  (Dwight Schrute named Acting Manager.)
You must see the very end!  Inspired!

The Office was pretty good, but Parks and Recreation (the first episode last night) was classic. Especially Ron Swanson getting drunk and dancing.

Ron Swanson is the best character on TV - I laughed my ass off.

I saw Nick Offerman on Fallon last night.

He looked terrible. I think he was coked out of his head.

Was great that he was the only one not hung over the next day.

But... it is a good accent considering that he's Australian.

True, it was pretty bad though.  I really wonder if it would have been better on FX or premium cable given the subject matter though.

I went to a restaurant in Istanbul that Anthony Bourdain visited on the show. They remade recipes that the Ottoman sultans had eaten. My meal was from like 1537 - so freaking good.

James Spader was absolutely awesome on the season finale of the The Office.

The rest of the show - eh.  Kevin had the best lines.

Next season is going to suck hardcore though... Lisa Edelstien is leaving, and it's supposed to be the last season. They've been building the Huddy relationship for years, having her freaking leave the last season? It's going to destroy the entire eight year character development of House, the character.

And the Mentalist was awesome tonight, if that really was Red John. Can't wait to see how it resolves, and they better not wuss out and have it not have been RJ.
