Yeah, those jerks. I think I'm going to get that. My xbox seems to be dying very slowly and I am running out of patience. I don't have a warranty either.

Today's conference sucked. Halo: Reach was the only cool thing, and thats not saying much.

I want to get a PS3 to play some games... I watched my friend play Heavy Rain today and that crap looks sick!

I absolutely love my ps3 and would never go back. The only thing I miss is having all my friends to play with. I barely know anyone with a ps3.

Goldeneye 007 remake, exclusively for the Wii.

between this and Monster Hunter, 'm sold. buying a Wii sometime soon.

also, did you see the game lineup for the 3DS?  the PSP is obsolete, the minute this thing launches. and this is coming from a PSP Fanboy. I love the PSP. and I can readily say, with no guilt, that once the 3DS launches, there will be no reason to purchase a PSP.

Nintendo put it down this E3.

still disappointed that they did not discuss their Online Play system at all though.

Nice.  I don't know if it still works, but I was able to use a trick with a copy of the new Zelda game to allow you to run home brew, I'll have to see if it still works.

Two problems that I would appreciate help with. First of all, my Xbox keeps getting two red rings, which means that it's overheating, although I have tried everything to make sure that it's not. I've kept it well ventilated, I put a fan right next to it and made sure all the vents were open to the air. I even took off the cover and removed the dust from the inside. Xbox support was not of much help, I may have to send it in but I think I have to pay for that.

Secondly, and this happened indirectly because of the first problem, I was changing my Xbox from horizontal to vertical to see if it would help with ventilation, and MLB 2k10 was inside and got circular scratches, which I have googled and is fairly common. I was wondering if anyone knew a quick fix for this or if I need to go to Gamestop or something for it.

1. XBOX support sucks. They want money for everything. I cannot really help you because I have had the RROD 3 times. Had 2 warranties used. The third time I had to buy a new xbox. This one is currently experiencing the 'play disc' error where it can't read any disc I put it. Can of air fixes it but I'm afraid its going to fail on me.

2. If the disc can't be read, its screwed. I had this happen to my Madden one year. The xbox fell and scratched the whole disc.

Awesome. I'm thinking of lying to them and saying I got the RROD, I saw online that it works sometimes. You can also force it to get the RROD, although I'm not sure of a safe way to do that.

And the thing about my 2K10 is that I can play for 10-15 minutes before I get the message.

I forgot they fix the RROD for free now. Bastards. Made me spend 200 bucks. The thing that sucks is I have that xbox lying around. I opened it up to see what was wrong with it so I don't think they'd take it back.

Yeah, I don't think there is anything you can do about that disc.

When you bring it in to EB games they check to make sure it's broken like you say.

I went over to my friend's house today, and played video games for ~7 hours. I haven't played a real game in like a month, it was so fun.

Just ordered Age Of Empires Gold Edition (includes AoE I & Rise of Rome Expansion Pack, AoE II & Conquerors Expansion Pack) and Age of Empires III Gold Edition (includes AoE III, Warchiefs Expansion, and Asian Dynasties Expansion). :az:

Anyone who has played any of the games knows what I'm talking about, if you haven't and enjoy RTS games or are a history guy than you owe it to yourself to try them out I guarantee you won't be disappointed.

My friend let me borrow Age of Empires III. Its a really fun game but it didn't really grab my attention that much. I don't know why though. I enjoy historical things alot. I'm more of a starcraft player for the RTS genre. I can't wait for Starcraft 2.

I used to like AOE series but not anymore. AOEIII wasn't that great IMO. I really like Company of Heroes.

Can't wait for Starcraft.

I've never played Starcraft, but I kinda wish Blizzard would make a "World of Starcraft" game.  World of Warcraft is great, but I think a MMORPG set in more of a sci fi universe instead of fantasy would be really cool.

The thing about that is there isn't much story behind Starcraft. The warcraft series has been out since like 91. It also has a load of books that add to the "lore". As cool as a starcraft mmo would be, I doubt It'd be possible since Warcraft has alot of backstory to use.

I really want a warcraft 4. Warcraft III was cool.

I bought it used at gamestop with some special deal they had. I haven't played it yet (currently playing red dead redemption) but I plan on it. My friend says its pretty awesome.
