Were we to go with "Retired Numbers" or "See You Later," I would lean towards adding ": In Memoriam" or "Members In Memoriam"

Seems like "See you later" and "Retired numbers" are the top picks. (I kinda liked "So long for just a while" but I admit it's a bit wordy)
