The first of Storen's 2 Wild Pitches was inside and hit the dirt in front of the plate. No closer should be throwing a pitch like that, especially with a base runner on 1B. Nobody is going to swing at it. Both Wild Pitches resulted in the runner making it to 3B.
Drew just needs to trust his own stuff. Throw your fastball.

Drew Storen needs to send me a $2,000 for each Blown Save.
I wholeheartedly disagree. A catcher worth his or her salt gets in front of those types of pitches with frequency.
Even Charlie and Dave were talking about how Ramos had an "abysmal" inning and really let Storen down.
Shoeshineboy hit the nail on the head - he can't be trusted to catch a ball coming in from a fielder to make a tag or to even hang onto the ball on the occasions he actually does catch the ball. Combine that with his dwindling ability to block pitches in the dirt and Ramos is becoming a liability behind he plate. Plus he's a big bodied catcher - typically, they regress more quickly than the little guys.
I hope he can turn it around but I am beginning to doubt he can.
