You're kidding right? The parent's are to blame, not McD's. My parent's let me eat there when I was little, but not a lot. Know why? Because they were smart enough to know it wasn't all that healthy. Parent's really need to step up to the plate and start taking the blame. Sick of seeing business screwed over by parents, because they don't want to, you know... BE A PARENT.
If that were happening, that's one thing. I see it a million times a day where it isn't. It's also a huge problem for schools when kids aren't getting the support they need at home. Schools are left to be caretakers and disciplinarians sometimes before educators. I agree it's the parents' job to look out for the well being of their kids, but for ignorant or or absentee parents there need to be some safeguards for kids to be healthy and safe. Wooing kids to crap food with toys is pretty much predatory, IMHO.
