That is the dumbest thing I have ever seen. A draft lottery where a team TBD will get the first pick based on another lottery in a few weeks. You know the Pens have been told to lose their play in round and then the NHL will make sure they get the first pick. The hostess on tv is almost as confused as I am by it all.
