Make sure you read the EULA, Mr Madison.  All your chrome WNFF posts now belong to Google

well..that's disconcerting.

I expect that to be removed relatively quickly as people discover it, and outrage begins.

I also expect Firefoxers to try and hold this over the head of teh googleites.

I think this is about the point where the token Opera user is supposed to show up and remind us all that Opera is better.

hey, i used to really, really like Opera.

until they upgraded to 9.5, and it stopped working correctly with GMail.

Here is the Chrome privacy Policy in full. I'm reading through it now.

after reading, I can't say I am overly concerned or freaked out by the EULA.

if anything, i can just use incognito mode and call it a day.

but even so...until i can block ads, I'm still on firefox.

also i am trying to figure out why Chrome won't display the banner at the top of this board, but it renders everything else here perfectly.

I'm thinking it has a problem rendering background images.

oh, so that is a background image, and not necessarily a banner?

Yeah, easiest way to make it scale with various screen resolutions.

Shrug.  I'm really not that worried about it one way or another.  It's a nice-looking browser, and it is fast (though I don't personally feel it's any faster than Firefox), but until adblock or an equally effective option for Chrome exists, it will merely be an interesting toy to me.

And I posted this from chrome ;)

JMad, you're lucky WNFF is an ad-free site, you can use chrome here all you want :P
