Second day in a row we have a lead-off walk.

I am also opposed to adding Dunn, but then again, I was also against Milledge and Dukes. That said, our starting lineup today doesn't contain any former Reds, to my knowledge.

Definitely. This sucks.

I have/had a feeling we will score some runs today but if Redding puts us in an early hole you can forget that.

houston-nat, you have MLB Extra Innings but "no" internet?
Uh ... what is MLB Extra Innings?

(I'm stealing the neighbor's wireless signal at the moment. We should have our own internet in a week or two.)

MLB extra innings is MLB's version of the NFL's sunday ticket, they're both on DIRECTV.

Extra Innings is all the out of market games. It's 150 bucks for the season. Would have been funny, that's all. I totally symapthize with the "starving student" :D

Redding is everything a veteran pitcher shouldn't be.

He loses his composure very easily and makes a ton of stupid mistakes.

I say let Redding finish this inning and then bring in Martis to pitch 2-6.

Let's hold off on ripping Vindicator until he gives up runs.

That was ball 4.  LoL

Thanks for chasing, Howard.

Be careful with Werth. He has been red hot.

His pitches are just sailing on him, one of those suckers is going to get left up in the zone and will be crushed.

EDIT:  just his fastball, his other pitches look surprisingly good thus far.

I predict he lasts 5 innings, no reason to parade him out there longer than that with the added bullpen arms.

Willie has proven a capable leadoff hitter. A single is all we need to light the fire.
