Nats suck. Bonfacio 4 K's (sucks). Redding has been stinking it up though we really need him for next season. I am so pissed. No Crow either. freak OFF.

During the pre-game show, they shared quotes from the Nats message board. I thought that was pretty cool.

Hey, that's neat.  Was it the mlb nats board or us?

Bonifacio should be in AAA right now. He needs a lot of work.

this team is lethargic, their body language is terrible.

Bonifacio continues to prove he's a bona fide bum.

Colome pitched a scoreless inning continuing to prove Colome > Hanrahan.

Bonifacio really does need to spend more time in AAA to develop more.  But that's unlikely to happen now with Guz & Gonzalez out injured.  The Belliard trade is no more because of that, too.  AND they would not send him down now because he'd be back soon when the roster of 40 is all here.  But I bet we'll see him start of next season in Columbus to continue developing.

Eb with a god awful game.

I nominate this for worst offensive performance of the season.

It was that bad.

Lenny Harris really has to go. Tonight was one of the worst, if not the worst offensive performance of the year. We took fastballs down the middle all game long. On the other side, we swung and missed probably 25-30 times on straight change-ups, most very low in the zone. This team's pitch recognition is garbage. I can't imagine all of these players coincidentally have the same problems. Lenny has to go, NOW!

I don't think this game, in which we scored three runs, really qualified as the *worst* offensive performance of the year. I've seen a couple worse games in which we were shut out. But if you really thought tonight was so horrible, I'd go to the beach this weekend. Livan tomorrow and Cook Sunday, well, if we performed so horribly against a career AA bum like de la Rosa, the next two days aren't going to be pretty.

I had company or I would've started the thread myself. I just got rid of the intruders but they "promised" to come back next Saturday when the Redskins will be playing their 4th preseason game.    I'll let them learn for themselves that my door and phone are out of order on days the Redskins play.

i heard milledge misplayed a ball tonight, but it's a moot point with how bad we are.  spider i know you mentioned you may go to a game this weekend, are you still planning on it?  i'm going with a bunch of friends tomorrow and a bunch of family on sunday.  definitely watching the skins game @ the red loft tomorrow night.

If we can't destroy Livan Hernandez then we have to be the worst offensive team in the history of baseball. There is something wrong with Cook so he will not start on Sunday.

I thought about going last night but didn't and I'm glad of it. Definitely not going tonight when the Skins play the Jets. I don't like to go to preseason games but I still watch them. I let my tickets for the Buffalo preseason game go unused and I'm not planning on going to the preseason finale against the Jaguars either but I'll watch it on TV.

yeah i'm so distraught over not signing AC and just how bad they are, but i'm still going to go.  I'll make sure to be in the red loft and watch comcast sportsnet who carries the game.

i also never pass up on a chance to see john lannan pitch, who we all know is a better man than i'll ever be.
